Young Americans: EU; RCA International; PK 80998: 1981.

The cover is the same as the UK ‘Stereo’ issue with full picture and red tab top, yellow spine and rear panel on glossy paper. The re-issue coincides with the RCA International issue LP’s.

Although made in West Germany they were intended for Europe wide distribution. The mechanical rights society ‘BIEM’ (worldwide copyright collection agency) and ‘GEMA’ (German copyright collection agency) appear on the cassette. The rear of the cover has the distribution details on it. The track list appears on the inner panel.

1 & 2: Grey/ silver ink printed directly onto black shell. The mechanical rights society ‘GEMA’ appears above ‘BIEM’.

3 & 4: Black ink printed directly onto white shell. The mechanical rights society ‘GEMA’ appears above ‘BIEM’.

The track sequence is different from the original LP.

Side 1: Young Americans; Win; Fascination; Across The Universe.

Side 2: Somebody Up There Likes Me; Right; Can You Hear Me; Fame.
