All white panel concertina cover on glossy paper. Cover photo and track list over first two panels with lyrics reproduced over the final three panels on either side of the cover. Track list also on rear panel. Rear panel but the cassette shell states ‘’Terbitan & Edaran (issued and circulated by): EMI (M) SDN. BHD and Printed by Digitpress SDN BHD. The tracks ‘Run’ and ‘Sacrifice Yourself’ are added to the running order of Side 2 as per the CD. Sticker on box.

White ink printed onto grey label on grey shell with no slip sheet and  ‘Buatan Malaysia’ (Made In Malaysia) on shell. Clear ‘EMI’ branded lead-in tape.

The track sequence is the same as the original CD.
