BIEM/ STEMRA rights logos, French and German marketing information and manufacturers rights to FFRR Records, London on the rear panel. Some copies of this issue came with a label on the packaging advertising the Tin Machine concert at L’Olympia on 29/10/1991.

White ink printed directly onto clear shell with shaped slip sheet. ‘Made In Holland’ and ‘Victory’, ‘London’ ‘BIEM’, ‘STEMRA’ and ‘Dolby’ logos on shell. All information in English.
