Black cover, with circular Space Oddity photo, black spine and white rear panel. Tracklist is on the inner and rear panels; however due to space constraints “The Supermen” has been missed off, although it is on the cassette.
Cover made from folded, glossy paper. SDRM box with France Imprimerie Sorel arrowhead logo also on Sono Tape lead-in tape on the cassette with red text, the one with black has a plain red lead-in. The spine has ‘Reference RC 450’ at the bottom. RC price codes were introduced to French releases from 19878 onwards.
Direct printing of black or red ink, solid vertical black ‘Distribution RCA’ and ‘Chrysalis’ logos on grey shell; the copying and public performance information is stamped around the outer edges. France Imprimerie arrowhead logo on central bulge. The track list is printed onto the shell. One album per side.
Titles are in English. The copyright information on both sides is in French, the cassette is stamped ‘Made In France’ with ‘SACEM’ rights.
