Pinups: UK; RCA; PK 11669; 1973.
Stereo Issue.
- Red tab top, yellow spine and yellow back. The cover has ‘Stereo’ on the top right (no MM) and is made from thick folded and treated paper. The cassette is white or grey with RCA orange labels and hollow, white RCA logo. The rear of the cover is a blank.
Some shells have the RCA stamp on them lower centre, other have ‘Made In USA’ stamped into them top right – these tapes are sometimes mistakenly sold as USA issues. All the printing, copying and assembly was performed in the UK using a USA made RCA shell.
The track sequence is different from the original LP and the question mark from ‘Where Have All The Good Times Gone? has been moved to the end of ‘Anyway, Anyhow, Anywhere’.
Side 1: Rosalyn; I Wish You Would; See Emily Play; Everything’s Alright; I Can’t Explain.
Side 2: Friday On My Mind; Here Comes The Night; Sorrow; Don’t Bring Me Down; Shapes Of Things; Anyway, Anyhow, Anywhere?; Where Have All The Good Times Gone.

RCAK series cassettes appear to have been issued after the first re-release and pre-date the 1981/ 1983 ‘International’ series. They usually have ‘RCAK’ on the spine of the cover as well as on the cassette shell; this however has the standard PK1169 cover with an ‘INTK 5236’ sticker over the catalogue number, which is a nice bonus. This practice was quite common on LP’s in the ‘International’ series, this is the first time I have seen it on a cassette.
