Issued to correspond with the album this cassette has David Bowie giving the answers to sixteen questions about a quarter of which relate directly to the album. The inside cover lists the questions used  but these are not heard on the tape. The album tracks are heard in full.

The cover is on folded, thick card. Custom pattern white panels with album artwork on inner panel.

Black ink printed directly onto a grey shell and marked ‘Promo Copy Only’.
