Cover is made from folded, treated thick paper; with cover picture of front panel and spine and black rear and inner panels. The rear of the inner panel has equalisation and Dolby information on and ‘Made and printed in the U.K.’. Track list on rear and inner panels. This issue was heavily exported and is often sold as Canadian or Australian but they are all this U.K. issue.

Red ink printed directly onto grey shell. Shell variants exist.
