“HEROES”: USA; RYKO; RACS 0143; 1991.

RYKO cassette on chrome tape boasting CDQ (Compact Disc Quality), blue ink printed directly onto clear shell. The cover (J-card) can be identified on the USA RYKO stock releases as the last panel which forms the rear of the box is shorter than the rest of the cover.

The track sequence has been slightly adjusted from the LP format so that tracks 1 and 2 from side 2 ‘V-2 Schneider’ and ‘Sense Of Doubt’ have been added as the last tracks on side 1 to give room for the bonus tracks: ‘Abdulmajid’ and a remixed version of ‘Joe The Lion’.

 

 

2. RYKO advanced promotional cassette. USA; RCD 10143; 1991.

These cassettes come with different coloured pastel cards.

The same cassette is used as the stock issue but the text is now in white
