MM Issue, Orange Labels.

Red tab top, yellow spine and yellow back. The cover has ‘Stereo MM’ on the top right and is made from thick folded paper, the rear of the cover is blank and the track list is on the inside and the rear panel. The cassette is white or grey with RCA orange labels and hollow, white RCA logo. There are cassette shell variants as shown in the last two photos.

The track sequence is the different from the original LP.

Side 1: Future Legend/ Bewitched; Diamond Dogs;  Rock ‘n’ Roll With Me; We Are The Dead; 1984.

Side 2: Big Brother; Chant Of The Ever Circling Skeletal Family; Sweet Thing; Candidate; Sweet Thing (reprise); Rebel Rebel.

The cassette is white or grey with a hollow  RCA logo printed directly onto the shell in black ink or a silver label with solid orange RCA logo.

I had a loose label on a silver label edition and peeled it away; under the label was the shell of the Bonnie Tyler album ‘Natural Force’ from 1978 (see photo). Snippets from the original album can be heard during the breaks between tracks and it seems this was part of a cost-cutting exercise by RCA.

Anglo/ Italian version.
