The cover is thick, treated and folded paper and the rear has the track list and care information which is in French and SDRM logo on inner rear panel. SDRM box. The title is split on both the label and spine into Changes Two Bowie. Although ‘Eight Line Poem’ appears with ‘Oh! You Pretty Things’ on the title list it does not appear on the cassette and ‘John, I’m Only Dancing’ is missing ‘(again)’.

Black ink printed directly onto white shell with solid, horizontal black RCA. ‘SACEM’ logo,; titles in English and information in French. France Imprimerie logo on central bulge.

The track sequence is the same as the original LP.
