The cover has a red partitioned lower third with the track list on it; black spine and red rear panel. The cover is thick, treated and folded card and the rear is blank. No Dolby information on cover or label. This cassette was made at the Don Mills site Ontario, Canada.

White paper label on a grey shell with solid red RCA. ‘Printed In Canada’ logo.

The track sequence is the same as the original LP.

Side 1: Space Oddity; John, I’m Only Dancing; Changes; Ziggy Stardust; Suffragette City; The Jean Genie.

Side 2: Diamond Dogs; Rebel Rebel; Young Americans; Fame; Golden Years.
