White tab top, spine and rear panel on treated, folded paper. Track list on rear and inner panels. The lower part of the cover and spine have ‘DGEDA; repeated to form a lined pattern. DGEDA and ACM are printed on that portion along with a circular shield motif with S and R before and after it. ‘Manufactured and distributed in Portugal by Valentim DE Carvalho’. Hologram of the shield motif from the lower part of the cover on spine. The tapes are numbered individually: 7941804 is the set; 7941814 is tape 1; and 7941824 tape 2.

Blue ink printed directly to white shell with SPA rights. All information in Portuguese.

The track sequence is the same as the original LP.
