Cover is made from folded, treated thick paper; black spine, rear panel and lower 1/3rd front cover with white inner panel. The rear of the cover is blank. Track list on rear panel. The tape comes in a ‘I’ stamped case indicating Indianapolis.

Black ink printed directly onto grey ‘Made In USA’ stamped shell. Shell variants exist.

The track sequence is the same as the original LP.
