The front cover picture is a magazine photograph pasted to a cassette J-card and pasted onto paper; inside is a photocopy of that cover with handwritten track list. The spine is typewritten.

The dates are to be ignored. 11/10/1974 was the Dane County Coliseum, Madison, Wisconsin; there was no show on 10/11/74. According to Wim Hendrikse in his book, ‘David Bowie – Live 1958 – 1986’ (Aspekt); this is compiled from the Detroit 16/10/1974 and New York 28/10/1974 shows.
